Because every time he summons snakes, he has to wipe blood on THAT AREA. Think about it: usually for Summoning you just put blood on your palm. Why does he wipe the blood on his ARM, though??? And why is it that only SNAKES have been used through usage of that tattoo??? Look at Ch.363, Pg 10. Why is it the Summoning Scroll for Manda had the EXACT SAME SYMBOL as the Snake Summoning Seal on Orochimaru & Sasuke's arms? It's HEAVILY implied it's a snake contract. In fact, the Wiki says so.

(cont) Besides, your argument's pretty useless for one huge reason: HE's HAD THAT CONTRACT SEAL EVER SINCE THE CHUNIN EXAMS.(Ch.48, Pg10; and WHADDYA KNOW, it summoned a SNAKE...AGAIN...HUH) So no, he didnt just get that contract seal in order to dodge the effects of Reaper Death Seal. It's a snake contract seal, and all the evidence points towards that.

ur dumb or what?, when did i ever say that those snake seals are the things that summon rashomon huh? what i said was: the man of Orochimaru's caliber would be smart enough to have other summon seals imprinted on him, yes u can call that a speculation but hey it should be pretty obvious, and no it cant be a pot hole cuz 1. plot was still damn good then, 2. nobody ever questioned how he used the summons with rashomon

idk man, im just gonna rest my case for this thing, who knows, i mean this can imply that summoning ninjutsu only needs the user's blood but its still a ninjutsu so i doubt it, or another unknown method, or a mistake on kishi's part, i would lean towards the drawn seal but Oro just bit his thumbs so idk, well we can all speculate but in the end only the author knows, and the databook's in naruto cant be trusted if it puts a rasen shuriken as mountain buster lol

No; what you were saying was that Orochimaru was still able to use Summoning Jutsu in general because of that contract seal. QUOTE: "He had the summoning seals drawn on his hands as we saw in part 1, kabuto used his blood to activate them, same with the rashomon, he had the necessary seals on his arms thats why he could use them, he couldn't do anything apart from that"
And there's NO hint of any contract seal for the Rashomon gates. Youre pulling that outta nowhere. It was just a Kishi error.

@TaishoAce1001 Well the Yin part of Kurama's Chakra is still sealed within Minato so I'm guessing Minato would have to transfer it back to Kurama/Naruto face to face.

@KuroiRaiden In his base form, Naruto's Rasenshuriken is equivalent to that of the size of a small mountain or giant hill. Sage Mode or higher his Rasenshuriken is either at normal-sized mountain buster level or higher. So yeah the databooks are pretty accurate when they say that.
